Our History
Founded in 1966, Cox Construction Company, Inc. began residential and commercial building and was originally located on South John Street in Goldsboro.
In 1969, Ed Edwards joined Jim Cox and Charles Norwood to form Cox-Edwards Company, Inc. adding water, sanitary sewer, storm drainage and engineering.
In 2005, Jim Cox and Ed Edwards became sole owners in the company.
The current office location is on Parkway Drive since 1992.
